Bertrand’s Cisco Kid is an AMHR non-fading black stallion. Cisco carries the LWO gene for producing frame overos as well as either the splash or sabino gene. He’s a beautiful mover and passes this on to his offspring. We have retained two of his foals: Rosa Roca’s Run For The Roses and Rosa Roca’s Designed In Color. Double Trouble’s Champagne Splash is a pretty 2007 Modern Pleasure Shetland colt prospect.  Stetson is well bred, being by Bar G’s Rock E Fashionable Lady’s Esquire.  We have high hopes for him in the show ring and later in the breeding shed.

Rosa Roca’s Sumpin Special is a 2006 AMHR bay splash overo colt. He is sired by Bertrand’s Cisco  and out of Rosa Roca’s Cameo, making him a full brother to Rosa Roca’s Run For The Roses and Rosa Roca’s Designed In Color. Rosa Roca’s Designed In Color is a 2005 AMHR bay colt. He carries the splash overo gene from his dam Rosa Roca’s Cameo and possibly a frame or sabino gene from his sire Bertrand’s Cisco Kid. Desi, as we call him, is a sweet, feisty little guy who is going to make a fantastic Single Pleasure Driving horse. He’s in training right now and showing great promise and tons of movement. Rosa Roca Miniature Horses & Training Stable

Establo Picasso is Rosa Roca’s new herd sire. This beautiful AMHR/ASPC registered buckskin stallion is leggy and elegant with tons of movement. We can’t wait to get him driving! As a bonus, Picasso is 50% Arenosa bred. He’s already proven himself both as a sire (his first foal to show is an AMHR National Futurity Champion and All Star Champion) and as a show horse. Picasso is only one Grand Championship away from his Hall of Fame! We plan to show him both in halter and Single Pleasure Driving in 2008. Thanks to Jim Curry for selling us such an incredible stallion!
